Note:
- Wi-Fi connected Neato robot vacuum models only support Wi-Fi® networks with 2.4GHz band.
- The MyNeato App is compatible with the Neato D8, D9 and D10 intelligent robot vacuums. For Neato Botvac Connected and Neato Botvac D3, D4, D5, D6 and D7 robotic vacuum products please download the Neato app on the App Store.
